It is the attention to detail that often sets a good fabricator from a great fabricator. First we have a team of caring and skilled craftsmen that have the equipment that gives them the ability to do a great job. One example is our precision panel saw which allows us to make seams that are virtually undetectable.
Our manufacturing processes integrates some of the leading techniques not found in most companies. One example is our edging. It is superior because we thermoform the edges and eliminate many of the seams that our competitors would have.
Another process that sets us apart is our proprietary jigs that gives us the ability to insure quality the first time and every time.

We offer some very unique undermount bowls not available through normal distribution channels.
Our sister companies manufacture some molded solid surface products at a fraction of the price of other options...back splashes for example.

The counter tops that we build are exceptional, and they are that way for one reason, because we design and build them that way. Here a craftsman is using a CNC router to cut out a jig to build a counter from. We build all of our own jigs so that we know that they are built to the tolerances that we have specified. We do this because we actively guarantee that all of our products will meet or exceed your quality standards

Part of the beauty of Corian - one of the solid surface materials that we utilize,is that the seams are practically undetectable. Here we see a seam being "welded". Depending on the humidity and temperature, the seams can be dry in well under 30 minutes.

Located in Northwest Indiana, AIA Countertops is almost equal distant from many of the Tri-State centers in the Midwest. We are approximately three hours from Indianapolis, Chicago and Detroit. Columbus, Ohio is four hours away and Cincinnati and Louisville are about 5 hours away.
